How to locate/contact us? Please do not send mail to the street address as it will be returned by the post office. How many shows are done each season? There are seven productions each theater season. Five are packaged for season ticket holders at a discount with the 6th and 7th plays as an option. There are generally thirteen (13) regular performance scheduled for each production. Tickets are $10 per show for Thursdays and $12 per show for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Season tickets packages, available before the season begins, provide a discount of $2 dollars per ticket when purchased as part of a season ticket package. When are auditions for the shows? Auditions will generally be scheduled for
the first Monday and Tuesday following the opening of the previous
production. Who can audition? Auditions are open to anyone interested in participating in an OLT production. For further information, please look at our Plays and contact the director at the e-mail address listed. What time do the shows start? Thursday, Friday and Saturday show begin promptly at 7:55pm, Sunday matinees begin at 1:55pm. Empty seats will be released to wait-listed patrons at this time. Doors open 45 minutes before the curtain time and complimentary coffee and tea is available in the lobby. Parking is available in our lot. How much are season tickets? Season ticket packages are offered each year approximately 2 months before the season begins. Purchasing a season ticket package offers a 20% discount over the single ticket price of $10 for Thursday shows and $12 for Friday, Saturday or Sunday shows. A $40 five- ticket package is available for Thursday performances. A five-ticket package for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday performance is $50. Music www.buyolympia.com offers on-line ticket sales to the current and upcoming shows with a 10% service charge. Credit cards accepted. Ticket exchange/refund policy: As a small, all-volunteer, non-profit theatre, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases to individual performances. Season ticket holders may request an exchange by calling the theater at least 24 hours in advance. Season ticket exchange requests are honored based on availability.
